WHERE ARE WE? 

Comin' Home is a concept of safe housing where people live in comfort and neighborliness.  They don't have to live in vehicles, desert campsites, shelters, under bridges, have constant hospitaizations or shuffle from one person to the next until all options are exhausted. 

Transitional housing occurs in two bedroom apartments in a variety of midtown locations. Veterans share the apartment with one or two other vets and practice daily living skills of keeping house, shopping, cooking, using a home phone for business,  locking their doors and coming home after work, appointments etc.

Permanent housing covers further reaches of the community for the 50 plus men, women and families renting in the locations of their choice following HUD's Housing Quality Standards. Disabled, low income vets live near their families, neighborhoods, schools and or training centers. Housing is chosen with transporation, grocery stores, places of worship, meeting locations and support services that all solidify their successful and long term independent living.
